The West Anaheim Neighborhood Association held a forum last night for Anaheim City Council candidates. 7 of the 9 candidates were there:

  • Jordan Brandman
  • Steve Chavez Lodge
  • Lucille Kring
  • John Leos
  • Brian Chuchua
  • Linda Linder
  • Duane Roberts

Liberal OC Weekly writer Gabriel San Roman went, and has an OK write up here.  San Roman took the time to criticize Steve Lodge:

“[Jordan] Brandman acknowledged in full disclosure that he was proudly endorsed by them, something that Lodge did not do.”

San Roman might have a point, except that SOAR has not endorsed Lodge (only Brandman), making it impossible for him to disclose it. More cracker jack OC Weekly reporting.

According to San Roman, the mysterious Jason Sumage-Young (who, it seems, has nothing to do all day except blast away at perceived counter-revolutionaries in Anaheim on his SaveAnaheim.com blog and on Facebook) will post a video of the forum.
