Anaheim Resort Transportation’s “Angels Express” bus is popular with fans of the team, according to this Orange County Register article:
More than 3,700 baseball fans have boarded the Angels Express bus for roundtrips so far this season, according to the head of Anaheim Resort Transportation.
The free shuttle launched service for the first time in April, offering roundtrip rides from Downtown Disney, the Convention Center and the GardenWalk mall to the ballpark every Friday, Saturday and Sunday when the Angels are in town.
The weekend service will be offered again next year; it’s unclear whether it will become daily.
A similar express service is expected to start during the Ducks hockey season, said ART spokesman Todd Priest. Both shuttles are funded by a $127,0296 grant awarded by the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
“The shuttle service not only makes it easier for baseball fans to get to the stadium but, through the use of natural-gas vehicles, it also helps to reduce air emissions in and around the resort district,” Diana Kotler, executive director of ART, said in a written statement.

Also keep drunken drivers off the road. Hopefully.
Don’t tell Donna Acevedo because she might complain about this too!
Whoa whoa whoa. Wait a minute.
People will ride a BUS from Disneyland to Anaheim Stadium?
Just imagine if it was a streetcar. They might get as many as 3,800 riders!
Why so surprised? Thousands of tourists visit Disneyland every day. Many of those, I suppose, are baseball fans too.
It’s a great service that will increase business at our restaurants too. A win-win.
Can wait to have a street car in Anaheim. It will be awesome!
