From the OC Register:
About 65,000 people will cram into the city’s tourist area this weekend as they head to the Anaheim Convention Center to check out natural baby shampoo, gluten-free flatbread and vegan protein bars.
The Natural Product Expo West is coming to the city for the 34th year, ranking as the second-largest event annually at the center and the biggest natural-products trade show on the West Coast.
The event runs today through Sunday, and is open only to those in the trade.
“We really use up the entire Anaheim campus,” said Adam Andersen, the expo’s group show director. “We’ve grown, and Anaheim has grown with us, and it’s a great partnership.”
If the Anaheim City Council votes on Tuesday to approve the Convention Center expansion, it’s a partnership that will continue to grow.
