Orange County is a bigger place than she realized, Nardeen Saad, a third-grader at Schroeder Elementary School in Huntington Beach, said she found out Thursday – and she learned it in a much bigger classroom than usual.

“I learned there’s not just one city … but a lot of cities in Orange County, and that we are in a big drought,” Saad said.
