Hephatha Lutheran Church in Anaheim Hills will host “The Living Nativity” this Friday and Saturday, reenacting the Birth of Jesus as Christians everywhere prepare the celebrate Christmas and the salvific miracle of God become Man.
Hephatha Lutheran Church grounds will evolved into “The Living Nativity” and everyone in the community is invited to become an interactive part of this special holiday event from 6:30 to 8p.m. Friday and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
“Our church grounds will transform into the town of Bethlehem for guests to explore and enjoy,” the Rev. Arthur Andrews said. “This is a wonderful chance for people to set 2014 aside for an evening and truly immerse themselves in the spirit of Christmas.”
A variety of booths will help to create a bustling marketplace setting including six touching scenes featuring actors in authentic costumes, live and lifelike animals and special effects. There will also be musical performances, dancing and photo opportunities with live animals. Snacks will also be available for minimal purchase.
Come be part of this amazing re-enactment among friends and neighbors. There is no charge to attend and this special event is meant for kids and adults.
