Sidhu Receives Endorsement from Two of Orange County’s Most Influential Leaders: U.S. Representative Walters and Chair of the Board of Supervisors Spitzer

ANAHEIM, CA – Republican businessman Harry Sidhu continues to jump out to an early lead in the election for California’s 68th Assembly District. Today Sidhu added two of Orange County’s most influential leaders to his growing list of supporters as U.S. Representative Mimi Walters and Chairman of the Orange County Board of Supervisors Todd Spitzer announced their support. Walters and Spitzer join previously announced supporter Senate Republican Leader Bob Huff.

Supervisor Todd Spitzer, one of California’s foremost advocates for crime victims, stated, “Harry Sidhu has the passion and devotion to building a safer community for all. He is exactly the type of candidate we need representing Orange County in the Assembly and that’s why he has my support. He will fight for us.”

Joining Supervisor Spitzer in supporting Sidhu Rep. Walters stated, “In addition to his devotion to the Republican Party, Harry Sidhu is an accomplished businessman and a devoted community leader, he knows how to create jobs, balance a budget and get results.  Voters can trust Harry Sidhu will be an advocate for them in Sacramento because he has an experienced record of getting things done.”

The 68th Assembly District is currently represented by Assemblyman Don Wagner who is prevented from running again due to term limits and is currently running for the 37th Senate District. The election for the 68th is currently scheduled for 2016 with the possibility of a special election later in 2015 pending the outcome of the 37th Senate District special election.

The 68th Assembly District includes the communities of Anaheim, Irvine, Lake Forest, North Tustin, Orange, Tustin and Villa Park.
