Former Anaheim City Councilman Harry Sidhu’s is running hard for the 68th Assembly District seat of termed-out Assemblyman Don Wagner, and his campaign today announced his endorsement by two Orange County Republican state Senators, Pat Bates and Janet Nguyen:
ORANGE COUNTY, CA –Conservative Republican small business owner, Harry Sidhu announced receiving endorsements from Senators Pat Bates and Janet Nguyen in his campaign for the 68th Assembly District today. Both Senator Bates and Senator Nguyen were recently elected to the State Senate in 2014 after serving on the Orange County Board of Supervisors.
In her endorsement Senator Janet Nguyen stated, “We need more people like Harry involved in our policy decisions in Sacramento. Harry understands what it takes to create jobs because he has done it successfully in the private sector as a small business owner. That’s why he has my support.”
The newly announced endorsements illustrate that Harry Sidhu is the clear front-runner in the election to replace Assemblyman Don Wagner.
Harry Sidhu already has an overwhelming list of Orange County’s most influential Republican leaders backing him for the State Assembly. Just last week Sidhu added Congresswoman Mimi Walters and Supervisor Todd Spitzer to his list of supporters that already included Senate Republican Leader Bob Huff among others.”
