In its most recent report, the nationwide apartment rental listing service Rent Cafe reports that renters are “flocking to Anaheim.”
“Renters Anaheim garnered the majority of renters’ interest in the LA Metro area and ranks third on our list. Renters viewed and marked more apartments in Anaheim as favorites compared to June 2022. Los Angeles proper doubled its tally of favorites apartments year-over-year, but with a 19% increase in available apartments, prospective residents currently have more options.”
